Eberly has 17 but their next closest gola skoarer, Stephenson, has only 13. Our ‘old boi’ Jared McCann… ‘can’t‘ this season, with only 10 golas and a total of 19 points. Can WE please just bury this team and put them out of our misery?

Penn State’s men’s ice hockey team beat Notre Dame 6-3 on Saturday, January 17, 2026, completing a weekend series sweep at Pegula Ice Arena, with standout performances from Gavin McKenna (two goals) and Dane Dowiak (empty-netter) sealing the win for the Nittany Lions. The game was tied 2-2 after the first period, but Penn State pulled away with goals from McKenna, DiMarsico, and Dowiak.

Penn State hits the road to battle No. 2 Wisconsin in a pair of crucial Big Ten Conference games next Friday and Saturday evening. Puck drop is slated for 7 p.m. ET on Friday and 8:30 p.m. ET on Saturday with the latter game airing nationally on the B1G Network.
