Don’t look away now… the Pens are on a great big, fat roll and there’s only 5 games remaining. Our boys have won 6 of their last 7 defeating the Canes, Rangers, Devils, Caps and the Boltz. That combined with the Philth losing their last 7, the Caps losing their last 5 and the Wings losing 6 of their last 8 has propelled the Pens into tight contention for the last WC spot and maybe even actual 3rd place in the division. WUT? Where were these guys for the last two and 1/2 months? Well, can’t look back, gotta focus on winning out and hoping everyone, including the Islanders, keep droping games in regulation.

Tonight WE get the Leafs. They’ve clinched their playoff spot and have nothing to play for. They’ll be taking it easy and playing to NOT get injured. Crosby has 67 point in 52 games all time against the leafs and Malkin has 68 points in 45 games all time against the Leafs. Rust has 10 points in his last 8 games, Bunting has 6 points in his last 3 games, jarE needs 1 more shutout to be leading the league…
