Saturday was messy. No C, No A, lost Acciari, only 12 shots on goal, hit eleventeen moar posts, couldn’t stay out of the penalty box and the Zebras were wearing Dallas Stars soiled underoos. WE managed to hang onto 3rd place, but now WE’re down to our final 9 lives. Here’s where WE stand going into tonight’s game:

MONDAY:

The Islandterds are on a 2 game win streak. They’re one point ahead of us in the standings but WE have a game in hand on them. This is a MUST WIN game … for both teams. This one should be brutal. Hopefully the return of the “Dynamic Duo” will be enough to put us over the top in this one and jump us back into 2nd place, 2 points ahead of these jagaufs, like Gawd intended it. No moar chit-chat… FINISH THEM!

TUESDAY:

The Ded Wings are almoast toast. They have lost 3 of their last 4 games and subsequently fallen out of a playoff spot. They’re still a formidable team, but now cornered like a drunken, wounded, dumpster-diving racoon, they’ll be dangerous.

This one is important for a number of reasons. WE need the points, of course, but also because WE play the Bolts on Thursday and securing these two point will give us a cushion for a very tough match coming up in Tampa.
