Coming this Fall

Three estranged, middle-aged friends—Phil Bourque, a workaholic who was dumped by his girlfriend; neglected husband George Laraque, who works a dead-end job; and Paul Steigerwald, an alcoholic slacker, reconnect when Steigy is hospitalized with carbon monoxide poisoning.

Bourque and Laraque arrange for Steigy to join them and Bourque’s cousin, Jay Caufield in Pittsburgh, where the three enjoyed themselves and reminisce about the past. While drinking in their hotel room’s hot tub, they douse the console with Iron City Beer. The next day, they go skating, and after many strange occurrences, they realize they have traveled back to 1991. A cryptic Zamboni driver appears and warns them not to change anything, as it might affect history. To minimize the butterfly effect, the group plans to re-enact their experiences.

Roger Ebert gave the film ONE star out of four.

A special, guilty pleasure, frat boy comedy, that’s best after a night at Waffle house. Grab your lotion and your Flux Capacitors for this amazing ride.
